Please note that this is a Techprotect GmbH website managed in cooperation with Canon and that Techprotect GmbH is operating this part of the Canon’s Toner Cartridge Recycle Programme for Canon.

Your participation to and use of Canon’s Toner Cartridge Recycle Programme and Canon’s supply of the relevant services are governed by these terms and conditions to which the terms and conditions of use (TCU) of the Canon website applies. The TCU are incorporated in these terms and conditions by reference and form an integral part hereof. The TCU can be printed and accessed by clicking on this link above as well as via the link at the bottom of the relevant Canon website. The personal data that is collected is solely used for the purpose of the recycling e-return services.

Canon’s Toner Cartridge Recycle Programme is open to residents of countries listed here. This service is only offered on the mainland, island deliveries and collections are excluded.

Please note that you may only use Canon’s Toner Cartridge Recycle Programme to return empty toner cartridges of original Canon make. Only to return non-hazardous toner cartridges which are part of Canon’s Toner Cartridge Recycle Programme. A list of these cartridges can be reviewed here . A box will be provided to you. Please do not return any own boxes. Furthermore the following requirements must be met:
-Each box must weigh less than 31Kg
-Boxes must be stored on ground-floor
-Boxes must be securely packaged (do not overfill the boxes and close the box(es) properly)

If the above requirements are not met, the box may be refused by the carrier.

Returned boxes and their contents, become and remain the property of Canon upon receipt of same and are held at its risk only whilst it retains the eligible products.

Canon reserves the right to alter, amend, or stop Canon’s Toner Cartridge Recycle Programme and these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Without prejudice to Canon’s other rights in case of breach of any provision in these terms and conditions Canon has the right to reject any further participation to and use of Canon’s Toner Cartridge Recycle Programme and Canon may stop the supply of the relevant services. Furthermore Canon reserves the right to claim compensation in case of breach of any of these terms and conditions.
